I don't think Turkoise will get renovated. Most of the older GO's seem to think it may close within 2 years due to an expiring land lease or something. The walkways around the pool are a disgrace...broken concrete, chipped concrete...it's not something you want to step on with your bare feet.

For a CM "loyalty gift" I would start with the elimination of CM annual membership fee. Fees for my wife and I are $120 per year. What do we get for that $120? Absolutely nothing! To me those membership fees/dues are similar to charging an admission fee to shop in a supermarket. I would also like CM to pay some small degree of attention to room requests. If a GM has a slight injury to his/her leg, then giving that GM a room at the farthest point away from the center of the village is simply thoughtless. Especially when both the travel agent and the GM called and faxed the request 3, 2 and 1 day before arrival
