We will be visiting Sandpiper next week, March 23 - 26, and have 4 questions: 1) Our son's 4th birthday is on our day of arrival. Can anything special be done for him? 2) Are there any special activities or themes for children or adults on these dates? If so, what are they? We want to pack accordingly. 3) What kind of evening childcare is available for four small children? Do we need to make reservations for that? 4) Do you expect the Fitness weekend to impact our stay on Friday or Saturday?
Thanks! We are looking forward to coming - Mom, Dad, 6 yr old boy, soon-to-be 4 year old boy, and 18 month boy/girl twins.

We are considering your resort 6 adults and one 8 year old boy. This is a celebration vacation - one member turning 80, another turning 70, and one turning 50. The 80 yo and the 70 yo need handicapped facilities (raised toilet, ADA shower). We will bring a wheelchair and oxygen, but need special sleeping arrangements. The 80 yo person has a degenerative spine and needs a motorized recliner to sleep in. Are your facilities ADA approved?
I have read some of the questions and complaints from your guests. What is the status of your renovations?

Can I come up from Ft. Lauderdale to visit your facility?

We are travelling from Australia to Club Med Cancun in early May.
Because we are outside our "area", Club Med will not organise transfers for us from Cancun airport to their resort.
Can any one help with suggestions on a safe, reliable way for 5 adults to get from the airport to Club Med?
