I'm wondering what anyone can tell me about the amenities KENJI that are used? I have sensitive skin and wonder if this is ok. I don't want to pack soap and shampoo if I don't have to.

We are first time Club Med guests and just booked a week in Ixtapa. Hotel booked our family of five ina CLUB ROOM FAMILY which seems suitable for all of us..however I was told there is no balcony?? Then I read on a few posts on various blogs that you can and should request a balcony for Club Family rooms. Is that the case? Would really like to hava balcony if possible.
