I do not eat flour or sugar, nor do I drink alcohol. I weigh and measure my food to make sure I get 12 oz. vegetables, 4 oz. protien, 6 oz fruit and only .5 oz fat (usually olive oil) for lunch and same for dinner but adding 4 oz. starch.
Is there anyone out there who has suggestions as to how to eat "abstinently" at Club Med following the guidelines above? I'll have to take a food scale, but am looking for any specific suggestions, particularly from anyone who has done Club Med "abstinently."
