I'm looking for a new star chef for our upcoming Food and Wine festival in September. Stephanie Izard joined us at Columbus Isle (with many other wonderful chefs) in March and it was really exciting. Who do you think would be a good fit for the September festival at Punta Cana and why?

0Emma says I think that a chef who specializes in Caribbean food would be the best match. The Caribbean specialties in Guadeloupe and Martinique are to die for. Don't forget the Planter's Punch, unusual Guadeloupian pineapples, avocado feroce, accras(!), rum cakes, and other Caribbean specialties. Posted June 26, 2009, 7:55 pm
