Club Med Insider

Hi,

We're getting ready to leave for Ixtapa Pacific in two weeks and I was wondering if anyone could tell us whether we need to bring a health assessment form of some kind for our 23-month old son who we are hoping to enroll in either Baby Club or Petite Club.

He just got a seasonal flu shot this week and the pediatrician filled out a form for us but I read somewhere that this form needs to be completed no more than 48 hours before arrival.

I'd hate to drag my toddler to the doctor's again in two weeks but I don't want him to be rejected from the baby clubs for not having a more recently completed form.

Please advise. Thanks!

Patrick GO Ixtapa says Hello Jenny, I just confirmed with our Baby Club Manager and here in Ixtapa it is not mandatory to provide a health assessment form. Our only restriction to registration is if a child if ill, but even in that case we have 2 nurses on staff that can provide any medical service needed. So no need to 'drag' your toddler back to the doctor. Just pack that sunscreen, bring a hat for him, and say hi when see me walking through the village. Looking forward to seeing you and your family in a couple of weeks. Posted August 28, 2009, 5:59 pm
