Elaine says We were just there last week and were told that the club would be closed from Aug 23 til Christmas, but not renovating. Then starting in Feb, they are closing 1 building at a time to renovate. Posted June 26, 2009, 3:28 pm

Bobbie says We were at Sandpiper in early June and told it was closing for renovations in August and would remain closed through fall 2010. I had the impression that the entire resort would be closed from what was said but that may not be accurate. Staff was waiting to learn where they would be reassigned however. Whyyouneed says We enjoyed our 2009 vacation very much. We would gladly return once the renovations of the accomodations are completed. The rooms were very in need of a makeover! The food and wine was amazing! Love this resort! Posted December 23, 2009, 8:24 am

steve says Just talked to the front desk. They started renovations Feb. 2010. They are looking at closing Aug. 2010 to Dec. 2010 to finish renovations though these dates are not confirmed. Posted May 2, 2010, 1:23 pm
