Jaden Hair says Yes- important for the people who booked their own flights - send your flight info asap to clubmedinsider at gmail dot com. Otherwise we won't know what time to come pick you up at the airport! Posted January 6, 2010, 10:56 am

Brook Hurst says We DID book our own flights and I sent an email to clubmedinsider@gmail.com, giving her our specific flight arrival info/names, but haven't heard back. ?
Maybe I should re-send...
I think I need a confirmation reply. Any way you can find out if I am on that list or not?
Thanks,
Brook
