Club Med Insider says Tipping is not expected for the all-inclusive services. If you pay a special service at the resort (massage, salon) then, a tip is recommended. Posted February 19, 2010, 10:52 am

0Todd says Although tipping is not expected, we will tip some GO's at the end of our stay. We like to acknowledge those individuals that go beyond the great job they do by singling us out while we are there. There may be a specific GO that makes sure you are always happy, or makes sure your child is always enjoying the groups they are in or even a bartender that always remembers your favorite drinks. The GO's that do not live in the village are extra appreciative of tips. You can also tip by inviting the GO's to join you at the specialty restaurants (can't go unless invited) or get them a drink when you are getting one for yourself. Posted March 1, 2010, 11:34 am
