Club Med Insider

I was wondering if anyone knows what building/rooms have balconies? Also, we are going Feb 2011 and haven't booked as of yet and conteplating whether it would be more cost efficient to book flight and resort separately. It's pretty expensive when you use club med's pricing for both resort and flight from Canada. And, when should we book? I know they start advertising promos but unsure when they would for 2011. Thanks

Ixtapa is probably my favoritre resort in this zone!
I am pretty positive that the rooms with balconies are the deluxe family rooms in the muneca and iguana buildings, and then the suites in the sol building. You should ask when booking to be certain though. As far as when you should book, you can always find the current promotions online.

When booking your flight portion, the one thing I can tell you that is a posisitve is that if you do it through Club Med, this will include your transportation from the airport to the resort, which is always an added bones after flying.
Have fun!!
