I have a question about cancellations versus changes. When I booked online a "family" room was not listed as available however I was informed today by your customer service that you do have them available. This is more accommodating for my family since I have young children and I would prefer they not have their own entrance but apparently since this type of room is cheaper than my current booking they have to cancel my booking and rebook and since I am within 60 days of travel I have to pay a 25% penalty. I don;t understand why since I am still traveling the same dates and the online portal did not allow me to book this room type when I made my reservation. Can someone please explain to me how this makes sense?
