Club Med Insider

My watch was stolen from my room in 10/2009. I have not been able to get any resolution from Club Med or their insurance company. They don't reply to emails or phone calls for months and then reply to say they are still processing my claim. Is there a contact person at Club Med corporate that I can communicate with? I used to be a huge Club Med fan, but can't possibly recommend this company after the horrific customer service I have been given :(

Kirsti Frost says Your best bet is to call 1 800 Club Med and ask to speak to a supervisor. They will tell you where this is going. Unfortunatly we dont process these clai,s our selves it goes through an insurance company so we are dependant of them. Sorry about this; But give them a call Posted August 2, 2010, 2:51 pm
