I am considering a trip to Cancun with my wife and 3 sons (11, 8, and 4). Am I better off with 2 connecting rooms (are connecting rooms guaranteed) or with a 2 bedroom suite? Thanks.

heidi says In CM when you book more than 3 people, you automatically get 2 adjoining rooms, so it is really nice, the one room will have a king for you and your wife, and the other room will have have 3 beds (2 beds, and a pullout). The best part for us was that the kids had their own bathroom, and balcony, the rooms were really quite spacious! Have fun! Posted July 23, 2010, 1:17 pm

kate says Connecting rooms are NOT guaranteed, according to the CM manager I spoke with. As a matter of fact, I was asked to pay $400 additional just to guarantee that I'd be next to my children. When I refused they said "Too Bad. You might be across the compound from your children." Disappointed with their response doesn't even cover it. Posted August 23, 2010, 10:57 pm
