Club Med Insider

I am traveling with 5 kids ages 17 to 23. Will they be the only kids at this resort? Should I switch to another club? I am having second thoughts. We love to snorkel, play tennis and stay active during the day--but they also love to have a good time at night. I don't want them to feel like they are hanging out with the "old timers".
Thanks

Chrissy says Which resort are you going to? We have been to both Sandpiper and Punta Cana. I felt Sandpiper tennis was better than Punta Cana. I only say that because the tournaments at Sandpiper where schedule while my kids were still in the kids clubs. I can't say the same for Punta Cana. Also Punta Cana is very French speaking so depending on how many people showed up for the clinic and which nationality was more dominate is what the class was taught in. Patrick GO Ixtapa says Chrissy is right, all depends on which Club you are traveling to. I believe all clubs offer a similar quality of tennis lessons, though some do not have snorkeling on site. As for the night life for your 5 kids, it really does depend on the village. Sandpiper and Ixtapa tend to end the night a little earlier, whereas Cancun and Punta Cana tend to have more of a night life, largely do to the European clientele. Posted July 20, 2009, 1:44 pm
