Hi,We're getting ready to leave for Ixtapa Pacific in two weeks and I was wondering if anyone could tell us whether we need to bring a health assessment form of some kind for our 23-month old son who we are hoping to enroll in either Baby Club or Petite Club.
He just got a seasonal flu shot this week and the pediatrician filled out a form for us but I read somewhere that this form needs to be completed no more than 48 hours before arrival.
I'd hate to drag my toddler to the doctor's again in two weeks but I don't want him to be rejected from the baby clubs for not having a more recently completed form.
