I'm so frustrated. I just called to book my Club Med vacation in the Yucatan resort and at the last minute they tacked on another $400 to make my children's room adjoining. We are booking as a family and my children are both 3-years-old! They actually told me on the phone that if I didn't pay this fee they would put us in separate buildings. I spoke with a manager and explained that there is no question I need to be next to my toddlers, which he agreed, but then said there was nothing they could do if I didn't pony up the extra fee. Can anyone recommend a club med resort that is reasonably quiet, pretty and spacious, has lots of activities- sailing, scuba diving, tennis, preferably has less young children,is next to the beach and is in Europe which would suit a 15 and 18 year old. I have looked around but none have captured my eye. Can anyone help me in the right direction even if it doesn't tick all the boxes?
