Martin asked:
Is this a good place to go in late June with my wife and 17 year old graduate high school senior daughter?

Will it be too hot to enjoy the beach at this time?

I went to many Club Med's as a single in the 1970s and 1980s. Is the continental feeling still there?

How is the food and the programming at this club?

Thanks,

Beth asked:
Does anyone know why Club Med is charging the same for a 3 year old as a 4 year old for winter 2012-2013 at Baby Club resorts, despite the fact that the kids club is included in the price of a 4 year old's stay, but no kids club is included for the 3 year old? Kids club for a 3 year old (Petit Club) costs an extra $500+ for a week so if you travel with a 3 and 4 year old, your 3 year old costs you $500+ more. It makes no sense. Read More ›

Hi, I am a single parent with a 18 month old toddler. I am looking for a relaxing getaway preferably with beautiful beaches. Whilst I want to spend time with my son, as a single mum I also want to be able to take a swin or have a massage and know that my son is having fun and being well taken care of. As I am based in Australia I am considering the Bali, Bintan Island, Phuket and Lindeman Island options. Can anyone reccomend one of these over the other? I have never stayed at a Club Med resort before so am unsure of how it operates in regards to toddlers and single parents. Look forward to any responses, suggestions and feedback. Thank you. Kathie Howes asked:
We stayed at Sandpiper in January 2011 with our then 5.5 month old son, and had a great trip! We are returning in February 2012 and our son will be 18 months old. We are looking at booking a Deluxe Family Room (with the separate kids bedroom & and I have some questions about the room: (1)I know there are 2 beds, but we really do prefer a crib for him. He had a playpen to sleep in, courtesy of CM, this past January, but can we get a crib instead? I think he would be too big for a playpen next year. (2) is it possible to fit a crib in with the two beds, or can a bed be removed? (3) alternately, does Club Med have bed rails for the sides of the bed if there is no actual crib? (4) We were told that in the regular family room there is just a curtain separating the two sleeping areas; can anyone comment on this? Read More ›

Hi, I am planning a family vacation and we would love to go to a Club Med, a friend told me about the special you show in your web (which I am copying below) and I called and I feel very dissapointed, I think your ad is very misleading. Even if booking by the deadline you request and if providing a wide range of dates within the indicated range (I can travel within June 16, 2012 and Agust 11, 2012), there is no way to get the price per person you promote.

The earlier you book, the more you can save! Book your 2012 vacation at WOW rates: 7-night all inclusive escapes between May and October 2012 from $699 per person*.

Leslie asked:
Hi! My husband and I and our 2 children, 4 and 6 will be traveling to Club Med Punta Cana in August. I, even in the states, have a very weak stomach and am worried about us getting sick there due to the water and/or food. Is all the water filtered or should we only drink bottled? I read to steer clear of peeled fruits and vegetables as well. I know there was an outbreak of Cholera not too long ago?!
Also are there problems with mosquitos?!
Thanks so much! We are very excited! Read More ›
