My watch was stolen from my room in 10/2009. I have not been able to get any resolution from Club Med or their insurance company. They don't reply to emails or phone calls for months and then reply to say they are still processing my claim. Is there a contact person at Club Med corporate that I can communicate with? We are travelling from Australia to Club Med Cancun in early May. Because we are outside our "area", Club Med will not organise transfers for us from Cancun airport to their resort. Will be at Club Med Cancun on may 4th for 11 days. We tried to book for 2 weeks but they told us that the club is unavailable on may 15th. Anybody knows what is going on? I know that the week befor our arrival, it's the gay week. I also read that the end of april is the time for GO contract renewal... Is that will have an impact on the service?
