In March 2012 I will have a 1-week congress at the Cancun Center Conventions & Exhibitions Centre. CM is a bit far from the Centre. Would this be a problem? I heard that there is a bus that I can use to the West in hotel and than 10-15 min walking to the Club Med along the beach. What about taxi? My watch was stolen from my room in 10/2009. I have not been able to get any resolution from Club Med or their insurance company. They don't reply to emails or phone calls for months and then reply to say they are still processing my claim. Is there a contact person at Club Med corporate that I can communicate with? Will be at Club Med Cancun on may 4th for 11 days. We tried to book for 2 weeks but they told us that the club is unavailable on may 15th. Anybody knows what is going on? I know that the week befor our arrival, it's the gay week. I also read that the end of april is the time for GO contract renewal... Is that will have an impact on the service?
This year I've gotten a bad surprise and haven't even left home yet. I have a 3 and 4 year old and booked two rooms months ago. With exactly one week to go the Scottsdale reservations group emailed me to tell me that I would have to pay an additional $1134 to have my two rooms adjacent to each other.
Anyone else experience this?
We find it peculiar they know there was an expectation for having rooms together, they did contact us... Perhaps I'm out of touch and modern families with young children normally stay in different rooms on opposite sides of the resort.
At this point no one is budging and I'll have to cancel and seek remediation by whatever means I can.
This seems to be the single most effective way to alienate repeat Customers and have them never come back. Read More ›
Many websites and personal reviews suggest that there is in fact archery at CM Cancun but, the official Club Med website show's no indication of that being true.
