In March 2012 I will have a 1-week congress at the Cancun Center Conventions & Exhibitions Centre. CM is a bit far from the Centre. Would this be a problem? I heard that there is a bus that I can use to the West in hotel and than 10-15 min walking to the Club Med along the beach. What about taxi? Can we get coffee and bring it to our room before breakfast, need to wakeup before facing the world?
Can you get snacks at anytime? 11 and 13 year old kids often eat 6 times a day, waiting for dinner can be miserable without food.
How about getting drinks in the room at night if you want a private retreat for the end of the evening?
