Paradise Island (Nassau Bahamas) is one of the closer club med villages to Miami. I think the flight is about an hour from Miami.

Adults only resorts have no young children around but they do have the young adults. Different club med villages have different activities so you might want to look at that also. I agree that the Turks village is nice, has a nice beach.

I just asked a similar question. Ive been to several club med villages, they all had singles but it does seem that there are a lot of 20 something kids at the singles villages. The kids are nice and include the older persons though, so you can still have a good time. Club Med should start marketing to the older persons then maybe there will be more older persons at the villages

The club med web site lists certain villages for singles, some of them say adult only and others say no children's activities. Though they are listed for singles many of the villages are also listed for couples. Presently Turks is the only village in the North America group that is listed as adult only. Martinique is also listed for singles but it says no childrens activities not adult only so there may be children there. The villages which are for singles, couples, kids etc change so you would want to check the club med web site when you are booking the resort.
