We caught a taxi from Cancun airport - it is very crazy when you arrive with many people trying to get you to choose their taxi so just make sure you bargain a good price with them otherwise they will charge you too much! We paid $60 US in January this year. Or you can arrange transport directly through ClubMed.

I did not feel overrun with children at all. The activities for kids are running basically all day everyday so they are always occupied with things to do. The times for waterskiing are separate for adults and kids - as with most of the activities such as circus.
