When the chef's fish shipment doesn't arrive....
Giant mahi mahi they caught
The other day, a big shipment of fish didn't arrive to the island, so what did the chefs do?
Well, they went fishing of course!
The fishing boat look them about an hour out...the crew of chefs came back with two 45-pound wahoo and one 80-pound mahi mahi.
Which then became our dinner the following day. It certainly doesn't get fresher than that!
Today, the chefs are going lobster hunting and hopefully will get to spear some giant lobsters for our dinner tomorrow night!
