2009 Club Med Insider Forum Sweepstakes – OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

These Official Rules apply to the “2009 Club Med Insider Forum Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) Prize provided by Club Med. The Sweepstakes begins on Saturday, June 20, 2009 and ends on August 30, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. By entering you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is open to entrants who are legal residents of the United States 21 years of age and older. Void where prohibited by law.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. TO ENTER: You may enter in one way: 1) by asking or answering a question in the Club Med Insider Forum at www.clubmedinsider.com. The more comments and questions you add to the forums, the more chances you have to win. No other form of entry is permitted except as provided above. Sponsor will not be responsible or liable for lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries. No correspondence can be answered.

2. Winner: One (1) Winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received on www.clubmedinsider on or about September 30, 2009. The decision of the judges is final. The Winner and his or her guest will receive a seven-night, land only vacation for two to any Club Med resort in Mexico (Ixtapa Pacific or Cancun Yucatan). The prize includes: an all-inclusive vacation for two that includes meals, premium bar, most sports, entertainment, and trip insurance. Prize consists solely of: (i) 7 consecutive nights accommodations (1 standard room, double occupancy) as the selected Club Med destination; (ii) Club Med provided meals, drinks and activities. All non-standard Club Med provided meals, activities, excursions, gratuities and any other expenses not specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner and his or her travel companion. The winner must give a minimum of 45 days advance notice of desired departure date or the Winner will forfeit the prize. All travel must be completed by October 10, 2010 and is subject to Club Med availability and holiday and other blackout dates apply.

Winner and Winner’s guest must provide valid passport and/or travel VISA or other required travel documentation to redeem. Winner and Winner’s guest must travel together. All prize details, including itinerary and type of accommodations are subject to change and shall be determined by Club Med in its sole discretion. The retail value of the prize is approximately thirty-five hundred dollars ($3500).

Club Med will notify the Winner via e-mail. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or for an alternate prize, but Sponsor or Club Med reserve the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value, if advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize. In the event that the Winner cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the date of the selection, or in the event that the Winner is ineligible to win the Sweepstakes, or declines or waives his or her right to receive the prize, Sponsor will choose another winner by random selection of remaining f rom all valid entries and notify that winner that he or she is the Winner in the same manner provided above, and that he or she is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes and these rules.

3. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and Club Med and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, agents, officers and employees f rom any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising f rom or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won.

4. Winner and traveling companion (hereafter, collectively “Winners”) may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with Sweepstakes Rules and a liability and publicity release. All taxes and other associated costs/fees on prizes won are the sole responsibility of the winners, and winners must supply Club Med with social security numbers to collect prize. Failure to execute and return any requested documents within thirty (30) days of attempted delivery of same, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in the awarding of prize to an alternate winner.

5. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to entrants who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 21 years or age or older. Void where prohibited by law. All employees of Sponsor and Club Med and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, agents, officers and employees dealing with this Sweepstakes and those domiciled with such employees and members of their immediate family are not eligible.

6. Use of Entrant Information: Entry constitutes permission to post winners’ names and likeness in Sponsor’s magazine, newspaper, newsletters, and web pages and to use winners’ names, hometowns, and likenesses for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation unless prohibited by law, and winners will sign a publicity release to that effect upon request . Sponsor and Club Med will not share entrant information with third parties (not including their parents, subsidiaries and affiliates) for direct marketing purposes. Sponsor or Club Med may contact entrants in the future with offers they determine to be of interest.

7. General Conditions: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of New York. It is void where prohibited, and in any country outside the United States. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor or Club Med may terminate the Sweepstakes or decide to modify it in any manner which it deems fair and equitable to entrants if it becomes aware of any occurrence which would materially affect the Sweepstakes’ security or fairness. Sponsor may prohibit individuals f rom participating in the Sweepstakes and disqualify entries if they 1) attempt to enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these Official Rules, 2) attempt to disrupt the Sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules or the Club Med Insider Community Guidelines in any way of 3) repeatedly show a disregard for the Official Rules or act (a) in an unsportsmanlike manner, or (b) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions with respect to the Sweepstakes are final. To receive a list of prize winners, send a stamped, self addressed envelope by September 30, 2009 to:
