Keep your group organized: Someone in your group should become the “Group Leader.” This way, one person can be in charge of coming up with an exciting agenda that allows adults to enjoy their stay while the children have fun in age-appropriate activities run by our professionals.

A Groups Coordinator Specialist is assigned to any group that books with Club Med. He or she will help you organize your trip, coordinate guest contact lists, payments, and transfers. A Club Med Business GO, assigned on site, will serve as your point of contact and personal guide through your entire stay at Club Med.

During your stay, we will happily organize events such as a welcome cocktail party and private excursions, as well as provide gifts from the Club Med boutique for a reasonable cost.

Gourmet dining and a full open bar are available throughout the day for you and your group. Your Club Med GO can also arrange table reservations for your group upon request. In addition, you will have complimentary access to a meeting room for one day of your stay at the resort.

Adults can relax by the beach or take part in a large selection of sport activities such as fitness classes, snorkeling, sailing, flying trapeze, golf, tennis and more.

There are plenty of options for children as well. Activities are available for children ages 4-17 with Club Med Petit and Mini Club Med, including sports, nature walks, art workshops, cooking classes, and more. Activities for those 4 months to 3 years old are available at an additional cost.
